We try to keep it as current as possible but some rentals may not be updated online yet.
RENTAL INFORMATION
RENTAL PRICES as of April 21, 2022:
*One Day or Evening Rental: $400 (In and out the same day)
*Weekend Rental: $800 (Friday morning until Sunday evening)
*Long Weekend Rental: $900 (Friday morning until Monday evening)
*1/2 day rental $200 - Available Mondays - Thursdays only
no weekends-Maximum 4hrs and Maximum of 50 people-Available for small meetings, crafts, Wedding/Baby Showers, etc., plus $50 if you require janitor in afterwards
Fees will be charged if damage happens during the event OR if clean up is not properly completed.
Fees include one free showing after that there will be a $50.00 charge paid at the time of the showing
DEPOSIT
AS OF APRIL 18, 2024:
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE RENTAL PRICE IS PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IN ORDER TO HOLD your date on our rental calendar.
One Day or Evening Non-refundable deposit: $200
Weekend Non-refundable deposit: $400
Long Weekend Non-refundable deposit: $450
E-Transfer is preferred, once you have confirmed date and price with Natasha, Hall Bookings 780-518-8004 you may e-transfer funds to dimsdalehall@gmail.com - please make a note when sending an e-transfer of your name, ph #, and booking date(s).

The remaining rental payment is payable on the date of the event or when picking up the key for the hall.
NOTE: IF AHS COVID RESTRICTIONS come into effect causing a shut down of our facility, full refunds will be given for that time period.
ALCOHOL
If there is any liquor at your function the renter is responsible for purchasing the liquor license and following all AGLC rules and regulations as stated by AGLC. No Licence - No Liquor permitted on the premises and/or inside the hall.

There is NO WIFI in the Dimsdale Community Hall.
A liquor license must be posted in public view prior to any alcohol being consumed. The receipt of liquor purchased must be attached to the license. The renter is responsible for making sure all guests follow the liquor regulations of Alberta. Please see AGLC website for all licensing rules and regulations before your event.
CATERING - We do not provide any catering services. It is the Renters Responsibility that all hall items remain in the hall.
Event Liability Insurance
We advise all renters get their own event liability insurance. Below are a couple companies that offer Event Liability Insurance.
THINGS YOU MAY NEED TO KNOW:
You may wish to bring bottled water for drinking, coffee, cooking as we are on well water.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE HALL. Please clean up after your pets outside.
NO SMOKING inside. There are smoking urns for outside use
